International Affairs Works to create a favorable external economic environment for the U.S. by promoting policies, negotiating agreements, and engaging with foreign governments and international institutions to ensure economic stability, growth, and security. International Markets and Development Develops and executes U.S. international economic and financial policies, focusing on trade, investment, financial services, and development.
